What about refunds or transferring a seat?
Plans change — we get it. For refunds, date changes or transferring a seat to a colleague, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Do you offer group discounts?

Can we pay by invoice?
Yes — invoicing is available for team cohorts and business enrollments. Mention it when you enroll or get in touch and we'll arrange it.
When do cohorts run?
Public cohorts run on a rolling schedule in small groups; private team cohorts are scheduled around your calendar. Current dates are shown at enrollment.
