What it is
A custom member-management platform built for Gracie Barra Surfers Paradise, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy on the Gold Coast. Staff run the academy from it; members check in, track progress and manage their training through it.
The story
This is the deepest build in the portfolio: attendance and check-in rules, belt gradings and promotions, class scheduling, family account links, coach payroll, private-lesson workflows and front-desk tools — the operating system of a real academy with hundreds of members.
It replaced a patchwork of spreadsheets and legacy tools, and it keeps those systems in sync while the academy transitions. Screenshots here are deliberately limited to the sign-in screen — it's a private system full of real member data, and we treat it that way.
